As I mentioned on the home page, for over eighteen years I have specialized in helping people find, qualify for, and buy the home of their dreams. More often than not it is accomplished with little or no down payment. Whether it is your first home, your fifth home, or an investment property, you can take comfort in the fact that you are dealing with a passionate, experienced professional.

I had always been intrigued with the late night Zero Down television gurus. I spent thousands of dollars on books, tapes, and seminars learning all I could on how to buy property using Zero Down techniques. By the age of twenty-seven I had purchased five properties with a total of 16 apartment units using little or no money down and my story was featured in N.Y. Times Best-Selling author Robert G. Allen�s book �Multiple Streams of Income�. One day, one of the mortgage people I was working with said �Adam, why aren�t you doing this for a living?� and that was the beginning of my mortgage career.

Becoming An Expert...

From the start of my career it was important to me to become an expert in my field.  In addition to knowing the conventional FNMA & FHLMC programs, over the last 18 years I have gained certifications in FHA & VA Lending, 203(K) Rehab Programs, Nehemiah Down Payment Grants, ZeroDown Program Specialist, Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Commercial Lending Officer, Credit Consultant, as well as a Biweekly Mortgage Reduction Consultant. 

Over the years I have also obtained licenses in areas I thought would benenfit my mortgage consulting.  Other licenses I have obtained are NJ Real Estate License, Series 7 & 63 Securities Licenses, & Life Insurance Producers License.  Although my main goal in getting licensed in these areas was not to offer these services, the knowledge I have gained as a result is used everyday in my mortgage consulting.
